The swimming pool on the 7th floor is really good to escape the heat of the city, the bar its staff are very competent, if you like fresh cocktails ask for a smoothy with a dash of local rum.(not on the menu) The hotel is very well placed, in walking distance to the walking road and the beach. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is abundant with a good rotation of thai specialties.

The room was excellent. Big and comfortable. The jacuzzi in the washroom was working just fine. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff who was doing the egg station (tall gentleman) deserves a special mention for always smiling and being accomodative to all the requests from guest. Location was also perfect, nearby to all the activities in Patong.

The hotel is clean and organized in an excellent way, the location is right in the center of things, the cleaners come to the room when you are not there, it doesn't matter what time you leave, it's simply excellent service. We really liked the room, thank you very much, I will also return to this hotel.

Change of room required due to water leak. Second room very good. Could do with a little more storage for two people. Bathroom a little cramped. The breakfast options could be improved to offer more western style options. Staff were very helpful when change of room was needed.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Great shower pressure. They have a great pool and a poolside bar. But the real draw is their location! Completely accessible to the nearby nightlife, supermarket, night market and eateries within MINUTES!
